    The exact same logic applies to our classrooms. Our current focus is how teamwork skills grow through regular participation. From group presentations to science experiments and playground games, every child plays a vital role. When someone is absent, the team dynamic shifts, and everyone misses out on a teammate's unique contribution.

    To keep our teams strong, consistency is key. Children attend school for 190 days a year (39 weeks minus inset days), which represents approximately 52% of a full 365-day calendar year. With just over half the year spent in school, every single day counts toward building collective momentum.
