Crîw Cymraeg

We’re delighted to introduce this year’s Crîw Cymraeg — a dedicated team of pupils who will working to help strengthen and celebrate the Welsh language across Ysgol y Bontfaen.

We received a number of fantastic applications, and Miss Griffiths was thrilled to see how passionate so many of our pupils are about the language and culture.

The Crîw have already made a fantastic start by supporting Wythnos Shwmae, bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and encouragement to the celebration.

Going forward, the Crîw Cymraeg will be working closely with Miss Griffiths and will meet monthly to share ideas on how best to celebrate and develop the Welsh language and culture throughout the school.
