About the role

Cowbridge School are looking for an Achievement and Wellbeing Assistant to work within our Pastoral team, working alongside Achievement Leaders and Head of School in the daily requirements of supporting the wellbeing and achievement of our pupils. We are looking for someone with a determination to make a positive difference to the learning of young people.
