As part of our support for cancer charities, Cowbridge School will be holding a World Cancer Day in February every year. Through a cake sale on this date, we will be raising money for various cancer charities. The charities we will be supporting are Macmillan, Marie Curie, Latch (in memory of Jack Griffiths), Myeloma UK, The Little Princess Trust and Cancer Research UK.

During this week and throughout February and March, we will also be selling Marie Curie daffodils. The Cancer Charities committee will also be showing presentations in assemblies about World Cancer Day and how pupils can show their support.
